At
reservation, a non-refundable down-payment of 30% remitted by Credit Card or bank
transfer. The balance to be
settled on arrival in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard,
Diners Club, American Express).

Security deposit:

Refundable cash deposit € 200 (for all the apartments in the Main
Building), € 300 (for Casa Pietra and Casa Pozzo) to be made at
the time of check-in and refunded at the time of check-out.

Minimum
stay

Stays
are organised as follows: high season arrivals on Saturday from 4
p.m. to 7 p.m. and departures on Saturday before 10 a.m. In medium
and low season no minimum stay required: arrivals from 4 p.m. to 7
p.m. departures within 10 a.m.

in the rates:

Water,
gas, electricity, all taxes (IVA 10%) and service, bed
linen and towels (for weekly stays one towel change).

Each apartment is provided with: pillows, linen, blankets and
towels. Towels are changed once a week.
All
the kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, dishes, flatware,
utensils and glasses for the numbers of occupants listed. Upon your
arrival, you will find a small quantity of consumables (such as
soap, detergent and toilet paper) in the apartment. During the
rest of the stay they are at the client’s responsibility and not
included as part of the rental. |
